1. Types of data processed
Depending on how the website is used, we may process:
- Browsing data (e.g. IP address, technical logs, user agent, visited pages) necessary for the operation and security of the website.
- Data voluntarily provided by the user through contact forms or communications (name, email address, phone number, message content).
- Data related to requested services (e.g. quotations, support).
- Cookies and tracking tools (see Cookie Policy).
2. Purposes of processing and legal basis
We process personal data for the following purposes:
A) Website operation and security
- Purpose: website operation, abuse prevention, security, diagnostics.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller and/or performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, where applicable.
- Retention: for the time strictly necessary and in accordance with the hosting provider’s technical logs.
B) Handling user requests (forms / email / phone)
- Purpose: responding to requests, contacts, quotations.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures and/or consent, where required by the context.
- Retention: until the request is fulfilled, plus 10 years for follow-up management and legal protection.
C) Legal obligations and compliance
- Purpose: compliance with legal, administrative, and fiscal obligations; requests from authorities.
- Legal basis: legal obligation.
D) Marketing (newsletter / promotional communications)
- Purpose: sending newsletters, promotional communications, and informational content.
- Legal basis: consent (which may be withdrawn at any time).
- Retention: until consent is withdrawn or the user unsubscribes.
E) Statistics / Analytics
- Purpose: traffic measurement and statistical analysis.
- Legal basis: where non-technical tools or identifiers are used, consent via cookie banner is required. Where only technical or aggregated statistics without identifiers are used, consent may not be required.
3. Processing methods
Data are processed using electronic tools and appropriate security measures (access controls, backups, logging, etc.).
4. Data recipients
Personal data may be processed by:
- authorized personnel of the Data Controller;
- service providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting providers, IT maintenance, email providers, analytics services, CRM systems);
- public authorities or entities where disclosure is required by law.
5. Data transfers outside the EU
Any transfer of personal data outside the European Union will take place in accordance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
6. Data retention period
Personal data are retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above and, where applicable, for the periods required by law. Specific retention periods are indicated within each purpose.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

8. Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
9. Nature of data provision
The provision of data for purpose A) is necessary for the operation of the website; for purpose B) it is necessary to handle user requests; for purposes D) and E) it is optional.
10. Minors
The website does not contain content intended exclusively for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors.
